When you sign your child up we individually placed with the instructor who best matches their ability level.
Our Summer Camp includes lessons throughout the day from the main camp instructor as well as guest lessons from guest instructors.
Additionally, we will hold a chess tournament that runs for the week for students to work on the skills learned.
Chess Camp is all about having fun! We work to create an environment where the kids enjoy learning and playing chess. We’ll host lots of games and have prizes and trophies throughout camp.
On the last day of camp there will be a special simul where all students get to play a game at the same time against our guest instructor. Our typical daily schedule can be found here.
