Our first Scholastic Chess Tournament, Giuoco Piano, was held this past Saturday, and what a fantastic time we had! With over, 180 players, we had a lot of busy minds.
It was also our second annual free first tournament for new players.We are so pleased that we had over 85 (!) first time players. We hope to see you all back at our November tournament. We’d like to take the time to thanks Austin Davis, who sponsored these players and made having their first tournament free possible.
