My most memorable game was in the final round at the K-3 Colorado State Chess Championships when I beat a very tough opponent on board 1 to win a share of the State Championship.
What is your favorite piece? Why?
My favorite piece is the knight because I have won many games with knight forks.
Is your favorite part of the game opening, middle game, or endgame?
My favorite part of the game is the middle game because that’s when the tactics usually come in to play.
Are you more of an aggressive or defensive chess player? Explain.
I like to attack as much as possible.
What is your favorite chess memory?
I went 8-0 at the Fort Collins Chessmates Summer Camp in a field of over 40 students when I was 7 years old.
What is your goal for your chess in the next year or two years?
To go to the Girls World Championships and hoist a giant trophy over my head.

My favorite chess book is The Batsford Book of Chess Records by Yakov Damsky that Brad Lundstrom gave to my Dad.
