Welcome to our 2019 Summer Chess Tournament Series
July 13 and August 10 Tournament at:

Dates: July 13, August 10
Registration: To register, please fill out form below.
Registration Cut-Off is the Thursday before a tournament.
Day of registration will still occur, HOWEVER you will get an automatic bye round one.
Tournaments will have time controlled rounds. 4 Rounds, 1 hour games (30 min/player).
Fees:
$22/event ($25/door)
Check In Times:
8:00 – 8:30 AM, 1st round will begin promptly at 9:00 AM
Tournament will finish around 1:30pm with awards ceremony
Rounds:
All sections are time control. 4 Rounds, 1 hour games (30 min/player).
Quad sections are G/45 plus 5 delay
Lunch:
No pizza will be provided for lunch bring a snack and plan to have lunch after the tournament.
Sections*:
Unrated: For those players who have never played in a chess tournament.
Under 800: 4 Rounds, 1 hour games (30 min/player).
Under 1000: 4 Rounds, 1 hour games (30 min/player).
1000+: Quad play. 4 Players play3 rounds closest to their rating. Winner receives the trophy. 3 rounds game in 45 plus 5 delay.
*Sections may change based on number of players.
Trophies and Prizes:
Participation prizes will be awarded.
Trophies will be awarded for 1st-3rd in each section.
Plaques for tiebreaks for the 3rd place trophy in each section
